Whyville is a children's educational chat site. It allows children of any age to join but mostly 8-15 year olds join. It allows children to learn about science, math, history and even social skills. You can chat with friends, play fun games, trade face parts, and so much more!

Whyville is more than the place for you! You can do tons of things such as playing games with friends. Some games you can play are checkers, chinese checkers, kalah, plaeworks (putting planes together), getty artsets (matching art), vs.ing other robots. (You have to make your robot to to vs. other robots.)
Now, about your face. You are able to desgin your own face. By buying your own face spart from AKbars face mall, you can put them together to make a face, it has a to be apporpriate but its fun! You can the person like you or someone else, Funny, silly, ugly, pretty, anything you want.
People who use this site are 8-15 other than adults who are resposible for their actions and phrases. Whyville is very strict with the things you say. You cannot call someone gay or something like that. You will be punished. With either being banned or taped. If you are banned you are no longer able to use your account it it gone forever. If you get taped, it's kind of like a warning. Please be safe in whyville. You will get tpaed for sexaul harrasment, asking for personal information, such as phone numebrs address and such more.
NEVER give out personal information. Such as any type of links to pictures of yourself, your address, phone number, etc. NEVER share your passwords with anyone. You are able to get hacked. If you are hacked you usuall are not able to get you account back.
You use clams to buy face parts, trade for face parts, buy scions, and not clams lol.. more like clams as in coins... You can buy clams with money in real life.
You can use pearls to buy everything and inculding pets. Pets are only bnought by pearls. You have to buy pearls with your own money.
Changes in whyville. If you would like to change something in whyville you can make a petition. A petition is posted in the poll booth for people to vote for it. If it has over 125 votes it is accepted in a smaller group of petitons therefore more people will view it. But you have to have over 300 votes for it to be finalized or accepted by city workers.
City workers are people who monitor whyville. They keep whyville safe and running. They are like the main controllers of whyville. Yes it is a job. They get paid for what they do.
Your person on whyville is animated. And to move you person you click around to move. To chat you type what you would like to say.
